คุณสมบัติ :
Answers and directs incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel. Takes Room Service orders. Identifies all guest needs, handles their requests/ problem and implements the Guest Service processes. Records tasks in FCS. Dispatches all hotel associates via two-way radio and telephone, also record order with 100% accuracy. All Guest Services Center team are members of Emergency Response team.
