?Bachelor?s Degree in Construction or related field
?6 ? 10 years experience in construction
?At least 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying
?Able to use AUTO CAD, Microsoft Office
?Able to produce cost plan, produce and maintain cost report
?Able to carry out taking off and produce Bill of Quantities
?Able to carry out valuation of construction work
?Good understanding of all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical works
?Experience in contract administration role
?Good understanding of the construction process
?Good command of the English language (Advantage)
?Good knowledge and skill of government authorities? coordination, building regulation will be an advantage.
?Able to start work in August 2007
