- Able to work night shift and/or within our 24-hour, 7-day rota
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Enjoy being part of a team and wants to work with computers
- Willing to be trained and developed in multi-tasks apart from Reservation work
- Diligent, positive thinking and enthusiastic
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience in Reservation/Customer service field will be an advantage
