คุณสมบัติ :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR fields.
- Knowledge of labour and employment legislation in Thailand.
- Ability to do or coach direct report to do payroll for over 200 assoicates with complicate conditions such as different shifts and incentive structures for various functions.
- Experience in setting HR processes to ensure smoothe operation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy with experience in using payroll software
