คุณสมบัติ :
-Thai national, Male, aged over 30 years, must possess leadership and be able to
supervise and motivate 100 staff
-Overlooking to upgrade and maintain the factory efficiency, staff\'s safety and discipline, purchasing, store and waste reduction.
-Have a minimum of 5 years, preferably 10 years, experience in factory management.
-Good command of written and spoken English with strong leadership skills.
-Computer skills essential, good knowledge of Microsoft Project.
-Have extensive experience in production planning and scheduling together with a proven ability in planning and organizational skill.
-Familiar with target setting and able to work under pressure
