- Self-motivated with team spirit,leadership skills,good at problem solving,high responsibility and a good decision maker.
- Able to foresee problem and implement solutions on site
- Able to control schedules under tight deadines
- Able to work in shifts and work well under pressure
- Good estimation skill is advantageous
- Good command of spoken English will be advantageous
- Able to operate Auto CAD will be advantageous
- Available as soon as possible and able to work in Phuket will be an advantage
